Cancellation Policy
1. Choose any of the 30 minute time slots available. NOTICE: THIS IS NOT THE AMOUNT OF TIME REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE DETAIL SERVICE. Please arrive a few minutes early and be prepared to leave your vehicle with us for the allotted time . We will notify you when your vehicle is ready. Detail Services allow a half day or more depending on Service selected. For Oil Change Services, please allow 2. Regardless which time slot you select, please drop your vehicle off as early as possible. The lobby opens at 8 AM. Come as early as possible to ensure enough time to clean your vehicle thoroughly. 3. Choose your service. Please be as accurate as possible about vehicle information. If you are not sure, please feel free to ask. 4. Discounts are based on pre-booking a minimum of 24 hours in advance. 5. PRICING: For Detail, Please be aware extra charges may apply for wide-axle dualies, oversize trucks and excessively soiled vehicles. For Oil Change Services, the pricing is for 5 Quarts and there may be an additonal charge if your vehicle requires more than 5 quarts. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
