Frequently Asked Questions

Auto Detailing

Q: How is auto detailing priced?
A: Detail pricing is based on the size of your vehicle: Sedan, Small SUV/Hatchback, or Large SUV, Truck, or Minivan (defined as any vehicle with three rows of seats).

Q: Do you detail dually trucks or exotic cars?
A: If you have a dually or an exotic car that you'd rather not take through the tunnel, we offer hand washes as an alternative.

Oil Change (Lube)

Q: What are your oil change hours?
A: We do oil changes Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Q: Do I need an appointment for an oil change?
A: No appointment is required — oil changes are first come, first served, all day. You're also welcome to book an appointment online if you'd prefer a set time.

Car Wash

Q: How much does a car wash cost?
A: Car washes start at $10.

Q: What's the best way to wash my car regularly?
A: Our unlimited monthly membership plans are the best value. Every plan includes unlimited exterior washes, plus at least one Inside Out Premium Express interior detail (a $50 value) per month. Motospa is the only car wash in Douglas County that includes interior cleaning with membership.

Q: What membership plans do you offer?
A: Unlimited: $36/month — unlimited exterior washes + 1 interior clean/month. Double Inside Out: $49/month — unlimited exterior washes + 2 interior cleans/month. Unlimited Inside Out: $79/month — unlimited exterior washes + unlimited interior cleans.

Q: Is the interior cleaning worth it if I don't use it every month?
A: Yes — even if you only use your monthly interior clean 9 times a year, the $50 value per visit still outweighs the cost of the membership.

Q: Are there contracts or cancellation fees?
A: No contracts. You can cancel anytime by sending us a quick email.
